Real Estate and solid business acumen are in Matthew Leprino's blood. The son and grandson of residential real estate developers, a passion for real estate was ingrained in him from an early age. A native Coloradan, Matthew has seen the progression of this amazing city that we call home and knows it all like the back of his hand. His strong work ethic and early passion for real estate lead him to his first job in real estate at local title company…….at the age of fourteen. While most teenager's are playing video games or gearing up for a job wherein you ask, "Would you like fries with that?" our intrepid leader was learning the ins and outs of real estate transactions. His commitment grew from there and he went on to work (and learn) in the research department of a commercial real estate firm, only furthering his understanding of all aspects of the real estate market in our then emerging and rapidly changing city. Matthew went on to study at The University of Denver and received his degree in Marketing and Real Estate. Following his graduation, Matthew capitalized on a changing market and was employed by a prominent local firm as a transaction coordinator, handling the sale of over 250 homes per year. Matthew founded Leprino Home in 2008 and his commitment to serving his clients with integrity and excellence is on par with the market knowledge that only a lifetime of living in and loving Denver can bring. Real Estate is a business of relationships and Matthew cultivates and appreciates each and every one with incomparable professionalism.
